Our Mission
The Agora Regeneration, also known as ‘Love Wolverton’, is a major project to redevelop the Agora Centre and car park in Wolverton, Milton Keynes.
The scheme is being delivered by Milton Keynes City Council in partnership with TOWN, and constructed by John Graham Construction Ltd. Work is due to start in May 2026 and completed in late 2028.

Design
The scheme will demolish the Agora centre, reinstate the Victorian street pattern and deliver very-low-carbon new homes designed by award-winning architects.
