We would like to inform you that as we progress with this construction journey, we will be taking possession of the Agora car park for construction in 2 phases.
The first phase will be the handover of car parks 1B and 1C on St Georges Way and McConnell Drive, on 29th September, when we will then take possession of Block C of the Agora Car Park, as highlighted in blue below.
The second phase will be the handover of car park 1A on St Georges Way, on 13th November, when we will then take possession of the remainder of the Agora Car Park, as highlighted yellow below.
The current footpath through the Agora Car Park from Buckingham Street will remain open until the possession of the 2nd phase on 13th November.
Please ensure vehicles are not parked in the Agora Car Park on the above dates as fencing will be erected.
