The first works will be in St Georges Way (Phase 1 of the Agora Project) and Church Street are scheduled to commence on 18 May 2026.
The scope of initial works will include:
• Demolition of the garages located behind 31–36 St Georges Way
• Excavation of existing roads and parking areas St Georges Way and
• Installation of new hard and soft landscaping in line with the approved plans
• New hoarding installation to the main Agora site and ground work preparation
We appreciate your patience and understanding while these works are carried out. We are committed to keeping you informed and minimising disruption wherever possible, although inevitably there will be an increase in large vehicular traffic. Our site hours will be 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. Should you have any concerns or require assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
