MKCC and TOWN are pleased to share that following decisions at Cabinet and Full Council in March the Agora Regeneration scheme will now progress to construction. Works will start in May and you may see some early activity in April as the contractor mobilises. We appreciate the delay to the project has been extremely difficult for the Wolverton community and would like to thank you for your patience.
The contractor being appointed is John Graham Construction Ltd, known as ‘Graham’. They’ve recently completed The Lakes regeneration project for MKCC. Alongside Graham, we will share more details on the construction phasing and impact on the town centre, as well as establishing regular forms of communication and engagement during the construction stage.
