Thank you to all those who responded to the public consultation in early December on the proposed changes to car parking and landscaping improvements at St. George’s Way. The feedback received helped to shape the plans that have recently been submitted to Milton Keynes City Council planning department.

The consultation highlighted that 68% of people were in support of the changes, with positive comments received on the design and the public realm improvements, as well as the proposed changes to parking. There were concerns over the location of the WC which had been subject to an earlier options study and discussions with Wolverton and Greenleys Town Council; owing to space constraints and servicing considerations, the location proposed was the closest location feasible for the WC.
The comments received during public consultation have been helpful in shaping the proposals for the parking and landscaping, and they will continue to influence the designs when we develop the detailed technical design. Thank you to all who provided feedback during the public consultation.
